I had the pleasure of working with Irma for several years. When I first came to SOI Irma accepted me with open arms. She quickly became my confidant that I could talk to about anything. Even after I left SOI we kept in touch. Sometimes we would not talk to each other for a long time but when we did we picked up right where we left off. She was that kind of friend. I was saddened to hear of her passing. I am grateful to have met her.
