For the past 25 plus years I’ve been part of our tennis team. Irma was a gem of a friend. We enjoyed many many tennis games right up through this past autumn. After tennis we’d sip a glass of wine and swap stories and advice. She gave me her old Prince racket which I will cherish. Irma always had a smile, never complained about her cancer, and was a very special woman of grit and grace. Until we meet again.
